个人简介

王灿,1974年6月生,湖南资兴人,yl23455永利党委书记,长聘教授。

长期从事气候变化经济学与政策、环境-能源-经济系统分析、技术与政策的综合影响评估等方面研究教学工作。获国家杰出青年科学基金、万人计划科技领军人才、基金委碳中和专项等项目支持。曾任联合国气候变化框架公约技术转让专家组、技术执行委员会等多个委员会成员,是第4次国家气候变化评估报告领衔作者、第6次IPCC评估报告评审编辑,Carbon Neutrality副主编,One Earth等期刊编委。曾获国家教育教学成果二等奖、国际应用系统分析研究所杰出研究成果奖、美国科学院院刊优秀论文奖、中国科协“2020十大环境科技进展”奖等奖项,发表学术论文300余篇,出版《气候变化经济学》《碳达峰碳中和:迈向新发展路径》《全球气候公约谈判实务》等著作。
